Looking to reduce your carbon footprint, save energy, and improve the comfort and indoor air quality of your home? Start here with a Free Home Energy Assessment! show more One of our BPI (Building Performance Institute) Energy Auditors will visit your home to conduct a walk-through inspection (~1 hr). We’ll take a look at your energy usage, inspect the building shell, insulation values, air-leakage opportunities, and mechanical equipment (heating and cooling) for inefficiencies, and provide you with a list of itemized recommendations to improve the energy efficiency, comfort, and durability of your home! For only $100 more upgrade to a Comprehensive Energy Audit ($400 value), where we will do everything as described above more in-depth and with diagnostic testing (~3-4 hrs). We’ll conduct a full home evaluation, conduct air-leakage / draft testing (blower door test), combustion safety testing of fuel-based equipment (check for health/safety), and compile the data into a report with a list of itemized recommendations.
