Official Terms & Conditions

Equity Development & Growth Enterprises Corporation dba EDGE Energy (“EDGE Energy”), a Maryland corporation.

1. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of Maryland, Washington D.C., and Virginia who are 18 years or older and subscribed to EDGE Energy’s mailing list at the time of entry.

Limit one (1) entry per household. Duplicate entries are void.

Employees of EDGE Energy and their immediate family members are not eligible.

Void where prohibited by law.

2. Entry Period

Begins March 12th 2026 at 10:00 AM Eastern Time and ends March 24th 2026 at 5:00 PM Eastern Time.

Winners will be selected and announced on March 26th 2026 at random.

3. How to Enter

No purchase necessary. Completing the survey during the Entry Period constitutes one entry.

4. Winner Selection & Prizes

Three (3) winners will be selected at random using a software-based randomizer from all eligible entries received.

Prizes:

• 1st: $125 Tango digital gift card

• 2nd: $75 Tango digital gift card

• 3rd: $50 Tango digital gift card

Total prize value: $250.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.

Prizes are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and subject to Tango’s terms and vendor availability. EDGE Energy is not responsible for gift card redemption issues or third-party limitations.

Winners are solely responsible for any applicable taxes.

5. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified by email and must respond within five (5) business days. Failure to respond results in forfeiture and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s discretion.

6. Publicity & Non-Disparagement

By entering, participants agree that winners grant EDGE Energy permission to use their name, city, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

As a condition of receiving a prize, winners agree not to make any false, misleading, or disparaging statements regarding EDGE Energy, its employees, services, or this sweepstakes. This provision does not limit lawful consumer rights or truthful statements required by law.

7. General Conditions

EDGE Energy reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes at any time for any reason, including fraud, technical issues, or events beyond its control.

Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who violates these Terms.

8. Release & Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants release and hold harmless EDGE Energy and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims arising out of participation, technical failures, survey platform outages, email issues, unauthorized intervention, gift card issues, or acceptance or use of any prize.

EDGE Energy makes no warranties regarding the prizes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EDGE Energy’s liability is limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred in entering the sweepstakes. EDGE Energy is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.

9. Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; Class Action Waiver

Any dispute arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration in the State of Maryland under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Participants waive any right to a jury trial and waive the right to participate in any class or representative action. All claims must be brought individually.

This sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Force Majeure

EDGE Energy is not responsible for delay or failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, internet failures, platform outages, government actions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

11. Privacy

Information collected will be used in accordance with EDGE Energy’s privacy practices.
